- · We need the following information in your request:
-Which kind of tours you want to book - see in our production list
-When you want to travel
-How many persons you are
-What kind of room you want to have (twin sharing - 2 beds in 1 room for 2 persons // double room - 1 bed in 1 room for 2 persons // single room - 1 bed in 1 room for 1 persons // or triple room - 3 beds in 1 room for 3 persons). If you have children under 12 years old, please notice us
-What hotel standard you want to book (2 star, 3 star, 5 star) - please see hotel and resort list for more information
-Which kind of tour guide you want to have (we have English, German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Japanese speaking guides)
-Any special request (about your age, your special interest so we can make the best possible tour for you)
- After getting your request, within 2 days we will send you suggestions how to best arrange your trip, with options on tours and prices.
- Upon receiving your decision we will make the necessary arrangements (for hotels and transportation, domestic flights...)
- Within three days you will receive the final confirmation of all reservations for your tour, together with invoice and payment terms
- You send back to us your acceptance on our final confirmation and our payment term
- You follow our payment structure and your travel arrangement with us is completed.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Right when your request is confirmed, the deposit of 30% of total payable amount is requests. This deposit is non refundable.
3 week prior to arrival date, the balance is requested to be paid.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Option 1: Deposit : (30% total amount)
Your payment can be made through bank transactions to our bank account (bank details will be listed in the invoice). You are responsible for any transaction fees and must send us information about your money transactions. We also accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master or American Express). In this case, you must fax to us a signed payment guarantee form.
The balance: The balance must be paid the latest 4 weeks prior to arrival date, either by bank transfer or by Credit card. Cash payment upon your arrival is also acceptable in some cases.
Option : For Serial Bookings we can arrange a floating deposit and deduct the deposit partially after 3 month of operations on a 6 month term operation. In this option we offer 30 days payment dead line after receipt of invoice and eventual remaining funds after 6 month will be transfered to new agreements or transfered back to you.
Cancellation / Amendment:
The following fee schedule will apply to any cancellation based upon how many working days prior to the scheduled date of departure:
- Before deposit time limit or 30 days before arrival: no charge
- 21 days or less prior to departure, after when we receive your payment for total payable amount of the trip: 50% total payable amount. We will refund to you 50% tour costs by banking transfer, except payment which less than US$ 50.00 will be non refundable due to high cost of banking transfer
- No partial refunds will be given for unused tour arrangements, sightseeing, ect..., for any reason whatsoever. If air tickets were purchased through our office, whatever refund is available under the airlines regulations will be made
