Our prices are strictly in US Dollars and subject to change without prior notice as prices within our confidential tariffs widely depend on our suppliers and the future development of the infrastructure in Indochina. Once a booking or reservation is confirmed, the price will stay as agreed within the proposal and confirmed, once the payment is received according to our booking terms. All bookings once confirmed and paid for are subject to our cancelation policies. Once reached a certain amount of constant production we will establish an indvitual account executive for our clients. The extent of production has to be indiviually agreed between ITS Vietnam and the client.

In order to fully comply with our anti spam policiy we do not sent out newsletters or unrequested mail with the exeption for invitations to marketing presentations on trade shows or road shows. However we do work with a client database where we send out occational special offers. This offers are random and accessible for all registered clients and not mailed to any individual clients. Furthermore, all registered clients will be kept up to date in case of any occurences not under our control such as Natural Disasters, Political Unrest, Strikes etc.

However we do not operate mass mailing campaigns or will send you any unsoclicited mail or messages at no time.
