1. Welcome services:
a. Visa upon arrival, Immigration, Custome services assistance. We arrange visa upon arrival for client. Our staff will be at the Immigration check in to help clients complete their Immigration & customs services.

- Visa fee to be paid at airport
- English, German, Japanese or Russian speaking assistant
- Private car (Toyota Altis 2006 for standard services – Camry 2006 for business services) for group 1-2 persons, Mecedes Benz 2006 up for group of 3 persons from airport to hotel in Hanoi.
- Quick services on Immigration, customs.
b. VIP pick up services for charter: private VIP lounge, private Immigration and Costum check in
Our rresentative separately escort clients from the aircraft to VIP lounge. While they having rest at the VIP lounge, their all customs and immigration formalities and baggage service have been completed by our representative. The cars have been ready to take them to hotel in Hanoi. If clients wish to, they can depart to hotel in advance and we will be in charge of them for taking lugguage then bring to hotel for them later.
Services are included:
- Welcome clients from aircraft (We will bring them by modern car from the aircraft in case the aircraft positions out of passenger air –bridge, mostly for charter flight)

2. See off services:
The guests have been taken from Hotel to Noi Bai airport by car (60 minutes before departure). All check - in formalities for departure flight have been done while the guest having 30 minutes of relaxation at VIP lounge. We will bring them by modern car to the aircraft in case the aircraft positions out of passenger air - bridge.

3. Service request
Please send Request form via our mail or fax at least 7 working working days before flight. An extra fee will be charged for urgent case within 48 hours. In case of cancelation should be noted at least 72h before the flight.
4. Payment:
Payment should be made before 72 hours of the flight
